アリアンツ・エクスプローラー・キャンプ – フットボール エディション（ジャパン・セレクション）（以下「セレクション」）への参加は、以下の規則により規定されています。セレクションにエントリーすると、次の規則に従うことに同意したことになります。

一般規約

• セレクションへの登録、参加資格として、参加者は2019年6月30日時点で14歳から16歳である必要があります。参加者は、日本に居住し、現在有効な日本の被保険者証を所持していなければなりません。また、アリアンツ・エクスプローラー・キャンプ – フットボール エディション（ジャパン・セレクション）組織委員会（「主催者」）、アリアンツ・グローバル・インベスターズ・ジャパン株式会社（「スポンサー」）、そして関連当事者により個人データが使用されることに同意する必要があります。さらに、参加者の保護者による、この一般規約（個人データの使用を含め）への同意も必要です。
• 2019年6月30日の時点で14歳から16歳の青少年は全員、保護者の同意、そしてこの一般規約、並びにセレクションに関する個人データの使用に対する同意があれば、セレクションに参加し登録する資格があります。保護者の法的同意がなければ参加は認められません。参加者はアリアンツ・エクスプローラー・キャンプ – フットボール エディション 2019 （アリアンツ・エクスプローラー・キャンプ）の開催時点で、パスポートの残存有効期間が6か月以上であること、また、ドイツへ渡航する際に必要な渡航ビザの取得資格があるかも必ず確認してください。アリアンツ・エクスプローラー・キャンプへの参加には、渡航ビザやその他渡航に関わるすべての書類を所持していることが条件となります。
• アリアンツSEとその子会社、アリアンツ・グローバル・インベスターズ・ジャパン株式会社とその子会社、主催者とその補助団体の職員、及その同一世帯の方は参加資格がありません。
• セレクションは男子・女子に分かれた2段階選抜になっています。第1段階は実地選抜です。参加者はサッカーの技能を試されます。この選抜を通過した選手は個人面接の第2段階へ進みます。主催者は自らの判断により、そして選考手続きに基づいて、セレクションから最終選抜者を決定します。セレクションの結果にはいかなる異議申し立ても認められません。選考委員会のメンバーは、通知なしに主催者の独自の裁量により選ばれ、入れ替えられ、変更される場合があります。
• 様々な要素が選考委員会による考慮の対象となります。例えば、選手の成績、サッカー技術、知的交流に対する強い意欲、サッカーに対する情熱、言語能力、スポーツマンシップ、チームワークなどですが、これらに限定されません。
• セレクションでは2名の選手が選抜され、両選手にはドイツのミュンヘンにおけるアリアンツ・エクスプローラー・キャンプへの参加費用が全額支給されます。すなわち、ミュンヘンへの旅が無料で提供されますが、これには往復航空券、旅行保険、食事、宿泊費、ミュンヘン現地での交通費が含まれます。
• 各選抜選手は、主催者から2019年7月末日までに通知を受けます。選手は主催者が発表した指定日までに、同意書にきちんと記入・署名し、健康診断書を添えて返信しなければなりません。選抜された選手が、万一参加資格がない場合、あるいは書類を返信しなかった場合、もしくはその両方の場合、特に同意書と診断書を締め切りまでに返送しなかった場合には、その選手は資格を失い、代わりの選手が選ばれます。その結果に対する異議申し立ては認められません。上述の同意書には選手の保護者による宣言（同意）の記載があることも必要です。これも、アリアンツ・エクスプローラー・キャンプ参加への必要条件です。
• 選抜された選手に関する主催者の決定は最終的なものです。法的救済措置は適用されません。選抜選手の提供した情報が不正確であったためにその選手に連絡できない場合には、その選手は失格となり、いかなる賞も与えられません。
• 選抜された選手には、キャンプ期間中ずっと指導者が付き添います。保護者は、この指導者と連絡を取ることができます。キャンプは社会的な集団イベントであるため、アリアンツSE／スポンサーは、参加者に著しい不品行が見られた場合には、参加者をキャンプから、またはキャンプの一部から除外する権利を留保します。
• この賞は他人に譲渡できず、現金で支払いを受けることもできません。
• 参加者の個人データや画像も含め、提供された全情報は、主催者、スポンサー、関連当事者のいずれか、またはその全員により、公告やビジネスの目的で使用される場合があります。必要な場合には、選考委員および組織の他の関係者、または宣伝もしくはビジネス目的でメディアに、開示または伝達されることがあります。参加者は、主催者、スポンサー、関連当事者のいずれか、もしくはその全員が手配するか勧める場合、要請に応じてプロモーション活動やメディアのインタビューといった種々の広報活動に参加することに同意します。スポンサーは、提出された全作業結果（関連情報、コンテンツ、写真、動画等を含む）に対する権利、およびこれらから生じるすべての権利を所有します。これには関連する著作権も含まれますが、これに限定されません。主催者、スポンサー、関連当事者のいずれかまたは全員は、必要な場合には、提出された上記の全作業結果（関連情報、コンテンツ、写真、動画等を含む）を展示し、コピーし、編集し、出版し、または他の方法で使用する場合があります。
• 参加者は身体的に健康で、かつセレクションに参加できなければなりません。もし自分の健康状態に不安な点があれば、資格ある医療従事者からのアドバイスを受けてください。心臓病や高血圧のような慢性疾患を患っている人はセレクションに参加することを控えてください。主催者は、身体的に健康でないことが分かっている、または疑われる人のセレクションへの参加を認めない／不適切とする権利を留保します。
• 主催者は、セレクションまたはセレクションに関係した活動に関連するいかなる人物に対しても、その身に生じる、もしくは降りかかる、いかなる損失、請賠償請求、損害、いかなる種類の経費、いかなる事故、傷害、損害、もしくは死亡に対しても、一切法的責任を負いません。
• このセレクションへの参加者は、持ち物は自分で管理して下さい。主催者はいかなる損失に対しても責任は負いかねます。
• 参加者は、セレクション、およびアリアンツ・エクスプローラー・キャンプに参加する前に保護者の同意を得てください。
• 主催者は、通知をするしないにかかわらず、いつでも、また適時これらの規則に追加したり、変更や修正を加えたりする権利を留保します。
• 選抜日に、政府が、学生は学校／団体に出席しなくてよいと通知した場合には、選抜は中止あるいは延期となります。参加する学校／団体には、個別に新しい日程を連絡します。
• 本規則は日本国法に準拠し、それに従って解釈されるものとします。
• 本規則の解釈や適用を含め、セレクションに関して、またはセレクションが原因で論争が生じた場合には、主催者の判断が最終的かつ決定的なものであり、拘束力を持つものとします。

The following rules and regulations govern your participation in the Allianz Explorer Camp | Football Edition (Japan Selection) (“the Selection”). By entering the Selection, you agree to be bound by these rules and regulations.

General Terms and Conditions

• Participants must be aged from 14 to 16 on 30 June 2019 to be eligible to register and take part in the Selection. Participants must be Japan
  residents and hold a valid Japan Insurance Card. In addition, participants must consent to the use of personal data by Allianz Explorer Camp |
  Football Edition (Japan Selection) Organising Committee. (“the Organiser”), Allianz Global Investors Japan Co., Limited (“the Sponsor”) and
  related parties. Further, the consent by the parents / guardians of the participants to these General Terms and Conditions (including the use of
  personal data) is required.
• All young people aged from 14 to 16 on 30 June 2019 are eligible to apply for the Selection, to register with the consent of their parents /
  guardians and consent to these General Terms and Conditions and use of personal data on the Selection. Participating without the legal
  consent of the parent / guardian will be regarded as inapplicable. To avoid disappointment, participants should also ensure they have a valid
  passport with at least 6 months validity remaining at the time of the Allianz Explorer Camp | Football Edition 2019 (“Allianz Explorer Camp”).
  They will also need to be eligible to obtain any necessary visas to travel to Munich, Germany and participation in the Allianz Explorer Camp will
  be conditional upon a winner holding all required and valid visa and travel documents.
• Employees of Allianz SE and its subsidiaries, Allianz Global Investors Japan Co., Limited and its subsidiaries, the Organiser and its
  subsidiaries, and those living in the same household as those employees are not eligible to participate.
• There are two rounds of selection, separated into Boys’ and Girls’ Division. First Name round will be on-site selection. Participants will be tested on
  their football skills. Shortlisted participants will be chosen to enter into the second round for interview. At its absolute discretion, and based on
  the selection procedures, the Organiser will select the winners from the Selection. The Selection result shall not be subject to any dispute. Jury
  members may be selected, replaced and changed without notification and at the Organiser’s absolute discretion.
• A variety of factors will be considered by the jury which may include, without limitation, player’s performance, football skills, a strong interest in
  intercultural exchange, passion for football, language ability, sportsmanship and team work.
• Two winners will be selected from the Selection. Each winner will be fully sponsored to attend the Allianz Explorer Camp in Munich, Germany.
  For that purpose, a free trip to Munich, Germany is provided to the winners, which include round-trip air tickets, travel insurance, meals,
  accommodations and local transportations in Munich, Germany
• Each winner will be notified no later than end of July 2019 by the Organiser. Winners must reply on or before a designated date announced by
  the Organiser, submitting a properly filled and signed Statement of Consent and Medical Certificate. Should a selected winner not be eligible to
  participate and / or fail to reply, in particular, fail to return the requested Statement of Consent and Medical Certificate before the deadline, the
  winner selected will be disqualified and a replacement will be determined. The result shall not be subject to any dispute. The Statement of
  Consent mentioned above must also include declarations by the winner’s parent / guardian; these are likewise prerequisites for participating in
  the Allianz Explorer Camp.
• The decision by Organiser with regard to the winners is final. Legal remedies are excluded. If the winner provides incorrect information that
  makes getting in touch with him / her impossible, he / she will be disqualified and no prize will be awarded to him / her.
• The winners will be accompanied by a supervisor for the whole stay at the Allianz Explorer Camp; the supervisor can be contacted by the
  parents / guardians. Since the camp is a social group event, Allianz SE / the Sponsor retains the right to exclude a participant from the camp or
  parts of the camp in the case of grave misconduct.
• The prize is not transferable and cannot be paid out in cash.
• All information provided, including personal data and images of the participants may also be used by the Organiser, the Sponsor and / or
  related parties for publicising or business purposes. Where necessary, it may be disclosed or transferred to the judges and other person(s)
  involved in the organisation or to the media for promotion or business purposes. Participants hereby agree upon request to attend various
  publicity events, e.g. promotional activities and media interviews, as arranged or advised by the Organiser, the Sponsor and / or related parties.
  The Sponsor owns all rights in and arising from all works submitted (including relevant information, contents, photos, video etc.) including,
  without limitation, the copyrights thereon. The Organiser, the Sponsor or/and related parties may exhibit, copy, edit, publish or use in other
  ways all such works submitted (including relevant information, contents, photos, video etc.) where necessary
• Participants must be physically fit and capable of participating in the Selection. Participants should seek advice from a qualified medical
  practitioner if they are uncertain of their health condition. Anyone suffering from a chronic disease such as heart disease or high blood
  pressure should not participate in the Selection. The Organiser reserves the right to disallow / disqualify any person who is known or
  suspected to be physically unfit from participating in the Selection.
• The Organiser assumes no liability whatsoever for any loss, claim, damages or costs of any kind, or any accident, injuries or damage, or death,
  which may be incurred or suffered by any person in connection with the Selection or activities related to the Selection
• Participants in any part of this Selection are reminded to look after their personal property. The Organiser will not be responsible for any loss.
• Participants should obtain the consent of a parent / guardian before joining the Selection and the Allianz Explorer Camp.
• The Organiser reserves the right, at any time and from time to time, to add, alter or modify these rules and regulations with or without notice
• If, on the day of the selection, the government announces that students need not attend school, the Selection will be cancelled or postponed.
  New dates will be announced to participating schools / institutions individually
• These rules and regulations shall be governed by and interpreted according to the laws of Japan.
• In the event of dispute in respect of or arising from the Selection, including concerning the interpretation and application of these rules and
  regulations, the decision of the Organiser shall be final, conclusive, and binding.
